Hello! My name is Deb Stephens, Broker for Country Road Realty. I was born and raised in Hastings, Nebraska, however, I called Lincoln home for many years while we raised our family. We spent many weekends at Harlan County Reservoir during those years until finally in 2009 I decided I should just move to this area that I love so much.

While living in Lincoln I worked as managing broker for a large real estate company managing 70 sales associates. I also taught real estate classes at Southeast Community College.  I have served on the Nebraska Board of Governors for the Graduate Realtor Institute, served as President of the Women’s Council of Realtors, Lincoln Chapter. I love real estate and enjoy educating buyers and sellers about the market and helping them achieve their real estate goals. I have been in this crazy career field for over twenty years and never get tired of helping folks achieve the American Dream.

I am an active member of the Alma Chamber of Commerce, Naponee Booster Club and currently serve on the Board of Directors for Harlan County Tourism. I am active in the Nebraska Realtors Association and enjoy furthering my real estate education every opportunity I can get. When I am not working, I enjoy cooking, crocheting and spending time with my family.
